Apple Cinnamon Crumble Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups peeled and grated Granny Smith apples (about 2 medium apples)
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
